Re: how connect Tmobile gateway to printer
@nc1037…I tried doing exactly that, but I still battled for a couple days to get it to "take". I finally got the printer online, I made a second network just for the printer to hook in to. The only other things I did that I did not do before: *moved the printer to the same room as the gateway *uninstalled my Canon Print app and did a fresh re-install of it so that I could set things up from scratch. Thank you for the help. I'm back up and running. (Printing. Whatever).78Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: how connect Tmobile gateway to printer
Same question. I just exchanged my gray Nokia gateway for the Sagemcom. My Canon MG3500 printer connected to the Nokia, but I cannot get it to connect to this new gateway. (Everything's else connected easily: home security system, fire stick, TVision hub, iPad, Samsung S20, and two Samsung tablets.) I've tried going into the home Internet app and creating a second network just for the printer, and it looked like the network was established, but it disappeared. Now when I look at my gateway, only 3 devices are connected to the original network. Help?74Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Echoing on phone
Could someone please address this? I experience the exact same thing. I know this is because of my connection and not the caller, because it happens to multiple people who call me. The only solution I know of is for them to hang up and call me back. When the second call connects everything is resolved.67Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: ACP Program
One last thing, (as I watch the spinning circle on my tv that tells me my home internet is down for the 5th time in a week).... When companies are relatively small (T-Mobile) compared to the bigger fish in the pond (Verizon), they work extra hard and go the extra mile to make their customers happy and draw in more consumers. I've noticed that once the small fish starts to gain in popularity, their egos start to expand and their objectives begin to change. They become more focused on financial gain and greed then they are on consumer satisfaction. Please don't become another Verizon or another Xfinity.22Visto1like0ComentariosRe: ACP Program
I'm extraordinarily mad about this whole ordeal and after seven months of empty promises, untruths, false assurances, etc trying to get T-mobile to accept my EBB eligibility, I filed a complaint with the FCC. All I have is home internet with T-Mobile, and I was promised that I would get my EBB transferred from Xfinity to TMobile when I switched. It never happened. I called every single month since August 2021 and was promised I'd see the discount applied within 1-2 billing cycles and that it would "be worth the wait." I'm still waiting. From what I was told when I called a week ago, I'll wait forever because they aren't giving anyone ACP. I was told I have to go to Assurance. I don't want to go to Assurance! If I had wanted to go to Assurance, I would have signed up with them to begin with! Listen to me, T-mobile. I've recommended you to countless people. I've sung your praises to everyone for a long time. That stops NOW. I feel betrayed. Believe me when I tell you that I'll take you to the mat on this. You've acted unethically. You NEED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT.22Visto5likes0ComentariosRe: Home Internet not eligible for Emergency Broadband Benefit
I opened my home internet account the second it was available in my area (August 2021). At that time, none of the T-Mobile store even had the home internet gateway in stock. T-mobile cannot claim that you had to have been signed up with them before the date they stated when the company didn't even HAVE the service available here at that time! I signed up and switched ISPs with the promise (on day one) that my EBB eligibility would transfer over from my former ISP. Not true. Didn't happen. Since that time, I've had to call T-Mobile on a MONTHLY basis, to correct billing mistakes and to ask why I was not receiving the EBB I qualified for. Every time I got off the phone with a rep, it was with the assurance that I would see the discount applied within 1-2 billing cycles and the it "would be worth the wait." I even did the T-Mobile application over the phone with a rep and had them submit it for me. NOTHING HAPPENED. Wash-rinse-repeat month after month. Now there is no EBB. The credit has gone from $50 to $30 on the new program. Fine. I'll take whatever help I can get! But I can't even get that! I never got the EBB, and now I'm told that I WILL NOT get the new $30 credit unless I switch to a whole other ISP provided by T-Mobile. That means getting rid of my T-mobile gateway and praying that I get the same internet quality with the other provider. This is grossly unfair of T-Mobile. I have filed a complaint with the FCC (something I did not want to do, because I really love this company outside of this horrible experience.) I have yet to hear anything at all from anyone regarding the complaint I filed. Does anyone have any further information on the who T-Mobile directs qualified consumers to go to for home internet so they can receive the $30 discount? What's the service like? It's it as good as what you had with the T-Mobile gateway on 5G?9Visto0likes0Comentarios
