Re: sagemcom fast 5688w internet going out or losing connection
Now getting some nonsense about the towers being congested from T-Mobile - its their goto statement. With the 5G home internet, my internet is dying - the device will say "very good" connection but from a connected laptop, I cannot even ping anything - not talking about SLOW, its dead and it will not come back. Is this the problem everyone is having ? Big difference between throttled and not working at all. T-Mobile - is anyone looking at these messages?38Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Home Internet - Frequent Disconnects - Possible Fix
5G home gateway - worked fine for four months - now its multiple reboots a day. Problem is also impacting an appleand android phone (showing 4 bars 5G and 5GUC). Its not the device! When it works I have seen 400mbit/s downloads but it randomly dies (and phone data also dies). Tier2 has been worthless. Multiple tickets, promises of call backs, countless hours wasted. Everyone should file a complaint with the FCChttps://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us133Visto3likes0ComentariosRe: sagemcom fast 5688w internet going out or losing connection
Have the same issue, T-mobile support has been worthless. It was fine for a few months and lately will not stay up at all. This is also happening with my phones in data mode, so its not the gateway. I recommend every files a FCC consumer complaint - if you read the boards this type of complaint is all over the place. https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us46Visto2likes0ComentariosRe: My TMobile 5G Router/Gateway based home-internet access is dropping randomly almost daily now in zip:07746
Zip 85748 - rural area, but have (or say had) great LTE and 5G connectivity with the Nokia home gateway and my apple and android phones. Last two months has been a nightmare. Mutilple drops per day (even though the gateway says connection very good or on a phone showing 5GUC and 4 bars). Have spent hours on the phone with T-Mobile - absolute waste of time. Have the newer 5G home gateway. It was fine for a few months, the last few months it has been un-reliable. internet connectivity just drops (not slow, drops 100%). This is not just the gateway by cell data on my phones also dies at the same time! Multiple calls into T-mobile, technical tickets andpromises of call backs, nothing. I have the same issues - worked fine for a few months this year, but the last 2 months have been horrible (new Nokia 5G gateway) also my phones when in 5G will lose connectivity as well (its not the box). Everyone should file an FCC Complaint. Here is the URL: https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/18Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: STOP THROTTLING
Been having the same issue here for weeks (on multiple phones and on the 5G home gateway).I've found when the signal changes from good to very good (or on a phone when it switches from 5G to 5GUC) internet connectivity dies and does NOT come back; everything was working fine for months. I have opened multiple "support tickets" and had several managers promise to call me back, they never have. I have spent at least 8 hours on the phone with "support". Seems at least a few of you received an update of "tower maintenance". I keep getting told that "everything is fine".38Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Tmobile Home Internet

If Iswitch aphones to LTE the problem does not happen (but someone decided to remove that option on the5G home gateway). I thought they had done something to fix it as I stayed up from Thursday to late last night, but today it just keeps loosing connectivity every few minutes.16Visto1like0Comentarios
