Re: Phone Ceased Sending Text Messages
I shouldn't be roaming because I'm at home using my home wifi which is served by Spectrum. Yet the phone insists I'm on ATT. Even the SIM notice in the upper left corner which used to indicate it was T-Mobile claims it is ATT. And the fact I can't send text/sms messages remains a reality.8Visto0likes0ComentariosPhone Ceased Sending Text Messages
My Nokia G50 suddenly began to not be able to send text/SMS messages. It was fine right up to yesterday evening. Now, the interesting thing is when I logged on here, I opted to receive the verification code via my phone. It came through right away - no issues. But two text messages I sent early this morning still show "Sending" meaning the messages aren't going through. Why is this? Further, I notice my SIM Status says ATT instead of T-Mobile. ¿Por qué?279Visto0likes7ComentariosDe-T'ed
I was configuring my Nokia G50 to deactivate receiving voicemails. While doing so, I noticed my 5G phone was listed in my home network's area as connected 2.5G service, which it wasn't before. I re-selected 5G, and all seemed well. Until, I turned my phone on again later. Whereas, previously, it always in the upper left corner verified I was a T-Mobile customer, suddenly it was indicating I was on AT&T. My SIM is T-Mobile, and always was from the time I got the phone, and signed up for T-Mobile. Why is it telling me it is AT&T now?54Visto0likes1ComentarioUnwanted Voice Calls
My question is, how can I deactivate receiving voice calls of all types. I'm a relatively new customer, my phone is listing spam calls. Now, in the first place, I never wanted any voice features. But economics forced my hand. I'm Deaf, so have no use for voice calls. However, T-Mobile charged more for their hearing impaired service than they did for services designed for the elderly. Being elderly, I took that service. I don't want any voice calls, despite it being a feature of my service. Is there any way to deactivate voice calls?96Visto0likes1Comentario
