Iappreciate the report text spam option availablewhen you press and hold a message for more information. But the option is right under view details and I accidentally reported someone's message as spam. Then the text Iget back from t-mobile gives you no way to undo it. It just sends you to the SMS spam page. Please create an undo for thisor at leasta second confirmation.1.8KViews2likes11ComentariosI Want to Block Incoming Texts
My "free" text message allotment to my T-Mobile pay as you go number have been used up by unwanted incoming spam messages. I want to turn off text messages on my iPhone so I do not incur additional fees. My iPhone is connected to an iCloud account, that also has another number on a different account - so I can't tell which messages arebeing sent to my T-Mobile number vs. the other number. This guideis about blocking messages, not avoiding overage fees. How can I turn off incoming texts and avoid overage fees thatare being caused by unwanted spam?244Visto0likes5ComentariosHow do you report spam messages from community members or block them?
Here is the message. I don't have a page. I posted one question and one response. There needs to be an obvious way to report scam messages! No community can successfully exist without moderators who are accessible. How do I report this as spam and inappropriate? None of your "SUBJECTS" relate to this???? "blissGG15 hours ago Hello, I hope you are doing great. I saw your page and I decided to inform you about the project I have at hand and I would like you to be a part. I am on the trip with international roaming and I started getting spam messages and have to pay for recieving those sms. I cannot read them as they differ from sms, mms and I have somehow to download them (still haven't figured out, but I guess I have to pay for that extra). I don't have those numbers in my contact list but they kip sending me messages sometimes every minute. Moreover, they are not indicated in T-Mobile usage details. And I cannot even see that I have to pay for them since they are not in a history, but T-Mobile charges for them and I lose $20 every other week for that. I didnt find any information how to block them, I have no info about them in T-Mobile account. And I didn't recieve them when I was in the US before the trip with my unlim plan. With all that I have a feeling that was done by purpose tocharge me when in international roaming. Does anyone know how to stop this nonsense? Can I block those spam numbers?90Visto0likes2Comentariosrandom texts
So today I started getting random texts from unknown numbers. The texts are blank and when I receive the texts, the notification sounds doesn't go off so I see it when I go to my messages. The numbers aren't U.S numbers and I've already blocked 3 of the numbers but they all start with +447 and the number will be 12 digits long.465Visto0likes3ComentariosAll Amazon SMS messages sent via 10DLC number are blocked as spam
My app sends transactional sms messages via Amazon. With the recent Long Code retirement looming, I created an Amazon Pinpoint 10DLC campaign and it got it approved. My 10DLC number went active on August 28th, 2023. So Iswitched to sending my app's text messages via the 10DLC origination number. This worked great for other carriers. I'm seeing 0% spam filtering for them. However, ALL messages I sendthrough Amazon SMS to T-Mobile numbers are now being blocked as spam. These messages have only increased in their compliance as we had to update them to get the 10DLC campaign approved. Do you have resources to help me resolve this myself or is there somebody I could work with to resolve this issue?325Visto0likes2ComentariosEndless Voicemail Notification
This was never an issue when I was with sprint and is unique only to T mobile. From my research, this has been a common problem for over 2 years that T mobile won't fix. Everyday, I get at least 40 voicemail notifications from (805) 637-7243 which is 805-MESSAGE. You clear the notification, it pops up again 10 secs later, and again, and again, then goes quiet for about 5 minutes. Then the process restarts. T-Mobile doesn't allow you to turn off the notification and only gives you the option to silence it for about 2 hours. This is harassment at this point and I wish Sprint never switched to T Mobile.1.5KViews0likes0ComentariosIs there a way to block a +86 China spam calls?
I have been getting Chinese scam calls everyday (2-3x) from +86 (China country code). It has become very annoying. Is there a way to block all calls coming from +86. I am annoyed of blocking each spam number individually. I tried adding just "+86" and "+86*" (with a wildcard) on the block list and no dice. Any help is appreciated. My phone is the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. P.S. I don't wanna install 3rd party spam caller blocks. They messed up my phone before.792Visto0likes1Comentario
