Re: $10 increase in auto-pay
I too was outraged and ready to leave T-Mobile over it, even after learning I could use my debit card with less risk than my bank account, but still more than with my credit card. The other person on my account is less concerned about security (and has less to lose) opted to pay the bill with their debit card. We'll see how that works out. Wonder if I will still get automatic notifications when the bill gets paid.7Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Anyone know how to get honest & reliable customer service?
When the automated systems asks how what can it help you with. Say US agent. If the agent that answers isn't in the US. Hang up and try again. It has worked the 1st time twice for me. T-Mobile knows those off shore agents are horrible. They also know most customers will struggle to get things done correctly with them. I am not such a customer.2Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Why are you going to charge $20 a month to pay with a credit card?
T-Mobile sucked in a bunch of customers in with plans that included taxes and fees by offering an autopay discount they could take away. At least they did with me with their 55+ plan. Thing is being older means I don't need or use the "Unlimited data". Time to check out Consumer Cellular. Even with taxes and fees I'll be paying less to talk/text which is what my cell phone is used for. I'll leave T-Mobile to younger people that think paying more means you get more and don't mind "dedicated customer service" answered by people that barely speak English.1Ver1like0ComentariosRe: Why are we being penailzed for paying with a credit card?
T-Mobile's change was timed perfectly with a problem on my bill. Calling for support and being routed to one off shore agent after another that could not help me sealed the deal. While I was going to just pay the $10. I will now be switching carriers.1Ver0likes0ComentariosRe: Samsung Galaxy S9 Black Screen except a few lines on the top
In the off chance someone is still struggling with this. Found that by holding phone close to bright light screen returned to normal. That allowed me to turn off Adaptive brightness in Display settings and raise the screen brightness very high. Seems to have fixed the issue. Wish I'd looked into this b4 replacing an otherwise perfectly functioning phone. Guess that is what Samsung wanted. People to replace phones.16Visto1like0Comentarios
