Re: T-Mobile and Asurion are Pathetic, Cheap and Disgraceful
This. It's definitely in their policy that you have 90 days. Assurant sends out coverage info when you enroll and their policy is listed on their website as well. It's unfortunate that you are blaming the company when you didn't follow the expectations. gramps28 wrote: Abima wrote: They have a horrible and mean Customer Service to start With. They don't put in the contract that When is90 days after you claim you wont get the replacement even if you have the money for the deductible. They don't care if had am emergency and couldn't pay the deductible at the moment. They don't care about their customers.I suggest you to not Take them to protect your device. Choose other provider. Too bad. Have a very bad experience from them 😕 Did you read the fine print?14Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Taxes and fees hike and T-Mobile freaking tax fraud
You are charged taxes on each rate plan and feature then each line has a regulatory program fee which is a separate charge. All carriers charge taxes and fees. Even on plans where the fees are included, you are still paying them. Refer to the link below regarding the regulatory program fee. There is also a link going over the taxes & fees as well. https://www.t-mobile.com/responsibility/consumer-info/additional-info/regulatory-programs-fee https://www.t-mobile.com/support/account/whats-impacting-your-bill?cmpid=hw_send17Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Tmobile lost my trade in and is not honoring trade credit. What can I do?
If the tracking shows delivered but the device was not scanned in then you would want to file a claim with USPS. T-Mobile does not use tracking #s as proof of receiving the device just that the package was received.41Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Denied phone claim mistakenly says phone not covered
Yes, per T-Mobile & Assurant policy you must file a claim within 90 days of the incident. Insurance is assigned to the mobile # not the device so once you swap devices then the coverage transfers to the device you are using. With this being said, as long as you provide the accurate date when filing your claim it will be approved. I have filed many claims with Assurant and never had any issues.24Visto0likes0Comentarios
