Re: Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)
SMH I'm not lying to myself, I'm literally just trying to explain how you're misunderstanding the quote you keep referencing. It states'Preventing consumers from being forced into more expensive or lower quality PLANS in order to receive the ACP;" PLANS...not PROVIDERS. The simple fact that there's some providers that work in one state but not in another. Like where I'm from TMobile is garbage while Verizon is top dog. And not to be rude, but it looks likeyoure trying to portay as being the catalystthat got a federal government agency to step in and stop some secret cell company. Money scheme? Was your basic of the mill commission based sales tactic that a store manager could have addressed. Plus the FCC most definitely had no actual involvement other than forwarding your complaints to jts appropriate mocation in what was essentially a runof the mill refund. 🤷🏼♀️11Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Phone Shut Off Before Payment Plan Date, Service Never Returned Even When Paid in Full

MNy money is deposited on the 3rd so why are you doing it before the due date? Very unhappy. This has happened twice. Dont let ithappen again or I will change companies. U need to credit mny account for late fees. I have been with this company for several years. Please get back to me. Your due by date is basically your deadline to pay before late fee or suspensions happen. Your bill is actually posted much earlier than that tho14Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)

But having to switch providers in order to use the benefit because you're current one doesn't participate is totally legal It's just like having a coupon for one retailer and complaining a totally different store wont take jt3Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: ACP
I was told that Tmobile no longer participates in the ACP program... for both the home jnternet AND cellular plans. Its actually why I opened a new phone account with att instead. But to change where your acp benefit is applied to, all you have to do is contact the provider you wish to switch to and have them do it (it helps to have your app ID)11Visto0likes0Comentarios
