Re: ITS TIME TO SUE T-MOBILE BAD INTERNET SERVICE
Why not just cancel the service and get another internet provider? That would be much easier and cheaper than hiring an attorney and trying to get a class action suit going. From what I've read here, T-Mobile is providing refunds for those who ask and cancel. Moreover, it's a totally wireless type of internet service. There will never be techs coming to your house. (One of the pluses of this type of internet service, in my opinion.) You need a wired service for home visits. Is Cox or Verizon in your area?10Visto6likes0ComentariosRe: ITS TIME TO SUE T-MOBILE BAD INTERNET SERVICE
I still think if you don't like the service a company gives you, you simply find another company. If you think you deserve some type of refund, ask for it. I can't imagine suing an internet company if their service is not working out for you. If my T-Mobile internet starts going out for long periods of time, or if I get tired of dealing with a lot of short outages, I will go back to Cox. Phone wise I would stick with T-Mobile, because service has always been good, except for an outage for a few days after a hurricane hitmy area, and their customer service has always been most helpful and most honest. I have never contacted their internet customer service, however, and would not have the patience for long holds, no call backs or unhelpful advice. I would go back to Cox.8Visto3likes0ComentariosRe: t-mobile Home Internet - Location Issue
With websites on the computer, I discovered that with Firefox, just clicking in the allow location pop-up box works. For some reason, Chrome and the Edge usually don't. I still will be told my location is something it's not and I'm not in my state.61Visto2likes0ComentariosRe: $50 Prepaid Mastercard Promotion . . . .

Thanks, I'll do that. December is a good month to not have to pay that extra $50, too. :)1Ver1like0ComentariosRe: Paramount+ on Us Upgrades?
I have the same problem with streaming promotions--mostdon't allow you to keep the lower essentialcost and simply add on the commercial-free plan. I can't stand commercials and refuse to watch them. Peacock, however, allowed for it to be done. I'm paying $1.99 for the basic plan, instead of $4.99, and have the no-commercial plan for $4.99 added on to the $1.99. (The Peacock promotion wasn't through T-Mobile, however, as far as I remember.)11Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Echo 8 Promotion
T-Mobile obviouslymessed up with this promotion, but I don't think it is fraud, just a big mistake. I've had T-Mobile phone for decades and have never known them to be dishonest, but always helpful. I think they just don't have their internet service all together yet. I received a code tonight and was told it was expired. Contacted Amazon through chat and they said it expired October 2nd. Will contact T-Mobile, but have no intention of spending time on the phone doing so. Hopefully, what they told nanade4 is true. But 17,000 people? I fear now if we get new codes, we will next be told by Amazon that they are out of stock. :)9Visto1like0Comentarios
