I also am having internet issues, the trash internet app says I have a very good connection but Speedtest tells me I am not connected to the internet. This is not an isolated issue. It happens multiple times a week. It's like their cell service motto, T-Mobile you won't be surprised where you don't have coverage. T-Mobile I greatly enjoy the wild swings in internet download speed from 0.82 mbps to 46 mbps, but I really like when my upload speed is faster than my download speed. I would call customer support, but they will tell me to restart my gateway. I have done that, it did nothing to fix the problem.45Visto0likes1Comentariohome internet app
Hey T-Mobile your home internet app is almost worthless. The good is the map on where to put the gateway. The bad is the connection status and connection quality metric. I am currently at 1.39 mbs download and the connection quality has my connection as very good🤣🤣🤣🤣.56Visto0likes1Comentario
