T-mobile lost my trade in
November 3rd my husband took my daughters trade in phone to a t-mobile store in Arizona. They cannot locate the phone and will not give me credit for it. He was told that it was completed and we should see it on our next bill. Unfortunately I do not have record of the transaction. I have been getting nowhere with people in the support department. I was shocked to see that this happens all the time with this company! For as large a business you would think theircustomer service would be better.Any suggestions?
