Assurant is having the worst customer support.
I'm having 3 connections and I was having T mobile connections and coverage since 2012. I'm having their insurance also since then. I had a small accident and my phone screen was broken. I filed a claim online with them with no response for a week. Then I called them to followup and I had the worst experience ever. I cancelled their insurance the same day and took insurance coveragefrom Samsung and apple care. If you don't want to pay someone who doesn't want to do any services, then better cancel assurant.
