Assurant is having the worst customer support.

I'm having 3 connections and I was having T mobile connections and coverage since 2012. I'm having their insurance also since then. I had a small accident and my phone screen was broken. I filed a claim online with them with no response for a week. Then I called them to followup and I had the worst experience ever. I cancelled their insurance the same day and took insurance coverage from Samsung and apple care. If you don't want to  pay someone who doesn't want to do any services, then better cancel assurant. One star

    My Wells Fargo credit card covers my 2 phones for insurance and it doesn't depend where they were purchased.

    I've never bought phone insurance but I do have free coverage from my credit card as long as I pay my Tmobile through them.

  • @gramps28 This is about to change, since they're making you use debit/bank account to get monthly discounts for pay instead of credit card. Unless you bought your phone whole outright with a credit card, that's a different story with coverage.
