Re: terrible service
If you haven't done this already, try relocating your T-Mobile internet router to a different location in your living space. Find out where your nearest T-Mobile cell tower is located and move the router as close to a window or room on the same side as the cell tower. Speed test the signal by moving the router a little to the left or right until you get the best signal strength. You may also want to download a Wi-Fi signal tracking app to see which channel your router is broadcasting on and if you have other devices or neighbors using the same channel that might be interfering with your signal. Change the broadcast channel if you have signals occupying the same channel.3Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Router use
We just connect an ethernet cable from the T-Mobile router to out Netgear router and both work just fine. The only issue is if bot routers are on the same channel broadcasting the signals. They could interfere with each other. Learn how to get into the admin section of each router to check channel set up. Find a wi-fi signal app to download and see if your neighbors are using the same channels which could also affect signal issues.2Visto0likes0ComentariosSlow internet speeds with Apple Computer and possibly the reason why. One solution
I was getting horrible download speeds from brand new T-Mobile device after switching out older model. My computer would see internet speed tests of 1.5 mpbs to 50 mobs. My spouse's computer would see speeds 300-400 mpbs depending on the time of day. I Googled the problem and narrowed it down to a setting in iCloud called iCloud Private Relay. This setting can be found in your System Preferences folder under iCloud. TURN IF OFF and your speeds will once again fly.121Visto0likes1Comentario
