Re: Pixel 8 pro
Be aware that if you pre-order a phone through T-Mobile, it doesn't mean that you will have that device by launch day, it only is for if you want a certain color or something. If you ask them what the advantage of pre-ordering is, that's the silly answer they will give you. It doesn't matter if you are a loyal customer or anything either, they don't care about retaining customers, only getting new ones.6Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: The worst customer service

T mobile use to be good, I have been with them more than 12 yrs, but I think is time to move on. They blame the Covid but today sept 9, 2021 they could get contract with another call center and get it solve. Time still counting while I write 42 min. It even is horrible for pre-ordering a device. I preordered a Pixel 8 Pro and assumed that I would have it in my hand by launch date(Today) , I was wrong, it hasn't even shipped yet. I contacted customer service, they told me, it's only for if you are a certain color. So beware, they don't care!2Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Pixel 6 December update

Google is rolling out Pixel 12L and you get the updates faster. Android 12L it's not available for pixel 6 They haven't updated the Pixel Repair Tool for the Pixel 6 series either. With that you hook your phone up, tell them the carrier, Google tells you if you have an update or not. Then if it does, you click yes you want to install and reboot...but not for us2Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Pixel 6 December update
You can brick your phone. I would not try to sideload either. Anyway this is getting old. T-Mobile should be trying to find out from Google! I have been with T-Mobile for a long time and unless you actually talk to someone in Tech Support (which is like pulling teeth), most T-Mobile employees don't know and could care less if you get an update.2Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Pixel 6 December update
This isn't T-Mobile's fault. Google says that we should just wait and that they are sending the update out in batches. Why can't they send the update out to everyone like Apple? I guess that they don't care if their Pixel 6 series users get frustrated. Seriously this is a Google issue2Visto0likes0Comentarios
