Signal strength and buffering
Our service at first was amazing. Strong signal and no buffering. This was a great improvement over ourprevious provider. Could not have been happier. I live inBelmont, MI on the north edge of Grand Rapids. I was told that we were within 4 miles of a tower so not to worry about a strong signal. Now our service buffers worse than our previous provider. On the T-Mobile Internet app our service is consistently in the WEAK category just one click ahead of POOR. I was told that I am connected to a tower elsewhere in the state. Others told me that my joys of great service would be short lived. True story!!
