Activation fee waived
Hola,
I became a Tmobile customer recently. From my work place I have been informed that Tmobile activation can be waived and I can get 15% discount in my monthly bill. When I asked the store representative, he told me that can be done through phone later, not in the store. Next day when we called, Tmobile service agent says that activation fee can't be waived once the purchase is made and 15% discount is not applicable for the 2+1 offer. My question is why was the store representative not aware of the whole scenario? is only looking for some other mobile service provider the only choice left with…..

Unfortunately, there is no real standard that anyone pays attention to with store hiring. Each store manager is different and that definitely shows when you visit multi stores. You also can't expect each rep to k ow every single plan, option, discount, etc. They do their best based on how they were trained.

Hi, also I am told that activation fee can be waived if the purchase is made online, but not in the store. I have made the purchase already. How can I redeem my employee promo code to waive the activation fee...can you please help me.
