auto pay problem
Customer since 1998, VoiceStream days. I have had auto pay for years. I updated a credit card number a few months ago as I have done before and no problems until now. I got a text message from T-Mobi...
Personally, when updating AutoPay in my.t-mobile.com account. I delete the old card first. Then add a new card, then re-enable AutoPay.
