AVOID TMOBILE AT ALL COST

WE JUST SWITCHED OUR SERVICE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY TO TMOBILE AND AFTER 1 WEEK, MY WHOLE ACCOUNT GOT CANCELED (SUSPENDED) BECAUSE OF FRAUD MANAGEMENT TEAM DECIDED TO DO SO. AND THEY EVEN DID NOT NOTICE US IN ADVANCE, EVERYTHING HAPPENS AS A SURPRISE. WE DID NOT EVEN PURCHASE ANY DEVICES AND ONLY USE OUR OWN PHONES AND I HAD EVEN MADE MY PAYMENT BEFORE THE DUE DATE.
SO NOW MY FAMILY IS LIVING WITHOUT SERVICE AND WE WENT TO A STORE FOR HELP AND EMAILED THEM MY IDs AS THEY REQUESTED. THEIR SO CALL "BACK OFFICE TEAM" HAVE TO REVIEW AND THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN CONTACT THEM. THE REGULAR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ARE USELESS.

Was this Fraud perpetrated by you or someone else. If fraud is suspected it makes sense to suspend the account to prevent further damage from being done on the account. These steps are done to protect you as well as them. Sorry this happened to you but if there is fraud on your account and they allow it to continue then you would be here Screaming the T-Mobile let someone fraudulently use your account.
