Benefits Removed from Account
Actually, it was not Showtime, it was Paramount +, which I had just subscribed to literally days before hand and would have loved to take advantage of courtesy of TMobile. And b/c no one could find it on my account, they acted like I was making the whole thing up. I was on the phone for an hour in July writing down the offer details and deciding between it and the Magenta plan - for seniors - which I also am, so saving every cent is important. Am just very disappointed that TMobile rep Tiara got it wrong, and even though in the details she sent in the text message link - though I asked for an email confirmation of everything did not get that - that link no longer shows my offer. Also brought my mom over to TMbile and apparently should have received a $100 credit on my account. That also did not happen. All TMobile cares about is luring new customers, us loyal and long time customers get NOTHING for our loyalty. Screw this!
