BEWARE OF TMOBILE BAIT AND SWITCH
I recently signed up with Tmobile but at first was skeptical due to the merge with Sprint. Sprint is a horrible company that I finally closed my account because of their dishonest practices. I at the time had 68 phones under contract and I could not get a signal in my office. I canceled because of the constant promises and lies.
Apparently Tmobile follows the same practice. Tmobile offered a discount when signing if you placed your account on auto pay. I took advantage of the discount placing my payment on my credit card as all of my other reoccurring payments. Now, Tmobile wants to change the agreement and take away the discount unless you switch to a debit card. I never use my debit card because the credit card offers better protection.
Changing the agreement once you have signed is a shady bait and switch tactic that I find unpalatable. Tmobile practices unethical business tactics. Sadly they are in the same category as Cox. UNETHICAL. VERY DISAPPOINTED ESPECIALLY I RECOMMENDED TMOBILE TO MANY OF MY FRIENDS BECAUSE OF THE 5G HOME UNIT.

Unfortunately if you read any carriers terms and conditions they can change the terms as they wish.
Verizon and AT&T are raising the prices of some grandfathered plans.

The store in Mt. Pleasant, TX did this same scenario to my mother and I. All I'm sorry and promises while just getting u off the phone while they still get paid. Same scam with bank card. How is this legal.
