Cannot delete a specific voicemail

I have a very bizarre issue with T-mobile voicemail system. There was a specific voicemail that I received over one week ago, and I cannot delete it. The issue is specific to this message, because I can delete other voicemails without any issue by just pressing 7 when I check my voicemail. I tested a different cell phone and I still have this voicemail. Something is clearly wrong on T-mobile system. But when I called the technical support (twice!), they thought it was my phone (Samsung S24+) and were totally unhelpful. I asked for escalation, but I never hear back from them. What a disappointment!

Additional information for T-mobile tech troubleshooting:

If I call T-mobile voicemail (1-805-637-7243) via a landline phone, I can still hear this specific voicemail and cannot delete it.

The message always appear as a nuevo message, which is very annoying.

Try calling your phone and leave a voice mail, listen then delete and hope that stuck one goes away.

While I appreciate your replies, all your suggestions so far have been tried before I posted here. As I clearly reasoned, the issue is with T-mobile, not my phone(s). I cannot tell you enough how much I am frustrated right now.

Have you cleared the system cache?

Yes. Multiple times. No help. These are what tech support people have suggested and absolutely no help. I have even used another cell phone, and the issue still persists!

Have you tried rebooting the phone? This use to be a very common issue.
