Can't change line nicknames...
As the primary account holder, I have tried multiple times to change one of the lines on my account. I've contacted T-Mobile to request that they do it on their end. The name changes on their end...

Yes. As primary account holder I cannot edit, change and save nicknames for
lines on my account, whether using the app, the website, the mobile site or
via calling customer service.
A service ticket was created August 19, 2017... it remains open.
