cant unsubscribe from a community
I am trying to unsubscribe to a community but when I click on the "Unsubscribe" it never changes. I a, getting way too emails from the Accounts and Services community…..especially in the last week.

ooooh Thanks for the clarification! My worst enemy is a broken button. I am starting the process to get that fixed now.

HeavenM, my complaint is that the Unsubscribe button you refer to does nothing.
I’ve tried it with several browsers multiple times.

Hey all,
You can unsubscribe from emails on a specific board by going to that board and selecting the Unsubscribe button just below the banner. That way you don't miss out on all the emails you want, but you also don't get bombarded by emails for every post.

This is helpful but has greater effect than desired. I only want to unsubscribe from a single category, not stop all notifications for new topics in all categories.

There's been a rash of spam bot posts on here today so maybe that might be the issue.
Just keep scrolling to see if they pertain to any of the spam bots.

Yes I keep getting emails about some help lines to call for some support teams. I just got 15 new emails in the past hour.

I’m having the same issue.
I can’t unsubscribe from a community category and keep getting community emails every time a new topic is created in that category.

Are you talking about community emails or Tmobile account emails.
