I was looking for the same chat feature, I got my class action claim card in today’s mail, about the data breach in August 2021!

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the support tab, wait a few seconds and if chat is available a window will pop up.

This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms or by calling them.

When the hell is your internet speed going to be fixed once and for all. The speed right now is 7 and 4 for download - totally Frigging unaacceptable - you assholes!
