I'm starting a new thread instead of adding to this older one: charm wrote: text the number+1 (800) 866-2453 that's there live chat number I sent an SMS to the above number about 30 minutes ago but haven't received a reply. Has the number changed or is it just not monitored on the weekend?Solved4.5KViews0likes2ComentariosWhere's the technical support chat?
I'll admit it, I'm not usually a fan of technical support chats. They're largely cumbersome and difficult to deal with. That being said, there are situations and circumstances in which they're the best available option... when they're available. Why isn't there such an option here at T-Mobile? I work a call-center type job from home where I need to be able to receive a call at zero notice. When that's the case, I need a non-voice option for getting my issues resolved. Does anyone else see this as a need?Solved56KViews3likes17ComentariosHow to find support chat transcript (they lied to me)
Two days ago I had a support chat (desktop, not mobile) with a rep who supposedly helped me by waiving a requirement for a promotion. She told me everything was set and that within 48 hours I'd receive an email confirming that I could sign up for the promotion but with the requirement waived. Predictably, 48 hours has now gone by and I've received no email. I called support this time and they claim they have no record of the chat and that they don't have access to chat transcripts even if they did occur (I find this patently absurd). They won't honor what the chat rep promised me, but unfortunately I didn't save a transcript of the chat. Now, the chat widget isn't showing on their desktop site (it seems to come and go based on mysterious rules). Does anyone know if it is possible to access support chat transcripts, and if so, where on their site? I can't find anything.2.4KViews1like7ComentariosIs there such a thing as customer service anymore? And no... I'm not calling a number.
I would like to simply send off a message and have a customer service rep respond to it. Is there such a thing with T-Mobile anymore? If I can't find it, I'm going to switch to a cell phone provider who cares about their customers. I don't have time to get on a phone call with a foreigner who has horribly broken english. I simply want to have a chat or an online message somehow.89Visto0likes1ComentarioSamsung Messages Chat Features Won't Activate
Previously when Iwas using a Sprint SIM card my Samsung Messgaes app had the "Chat settings" option in the message's settings, but after switching over to a T-Mobile SIM card the option disappeared. I did extensive research and found that T-Mobile forces unlocked devices, such as mine, to remove the "Chat settings" from the Samsung Messages app, and only allows devices locked to T-Mobile to have that option. I was wondering when or if T-Mobile will ever allow RCS/Chat settings in the Samsung Messages app on unlocked devices, such as mine.1.9KViews0likes4ComentariosSprint chat is unavailable
As a Sprint customer, if I try to chat with T-Mobile Customer Service, I'm redirected to the following page: https://www.sprint.com/en/landings/chat/chatwithus.html There is never a chat button on that page. Sprint CS is available for chat 0% of the time. I also shouldn't be barred from chatting with T-Mobile CS in the first place.790Visto0likes2Comentarios
