Is there such a thing as customer service anymore? And no... I'm not calling a number.

I would like to simply send off a message and have a customer service rep respond to it. Is there such a thing with T-Mobile anymore?

If I can't find it, I'm going to switch to a cell phone provider who cares about their customers. I don't have time to get on a phone call with a foreigner who has horribly broken english. I simply want to have a chat or an online message somehow.
