I went to the store to change carrier from Mint to T-Mobile because I thought that T-Mobile would be better when I traveled to foreign countries. I signed up for a senior plan that seemed reasonable ...
They must have known that at the store when they gave us the new phone. Our receipt is 6/28, so it is just within 90 days. And we asked them for something in writing about the free phone at the time but they just fobbed us off.
We are going to the store now.
