Continued from 1st post: Use social media! worked for me
I forgot to mention, I was a Sprint customer and upgraded to their plans because it came with Free iPhone 15 aIso trade in my old phone. They can't change the pricing of their plans. They gave me an option to switch back to my original sprint plan. They also paid off my iPhone in full so I can keep it for free(that was the official promo so they can't argue that), since they can't take it from me because I need my phone and it's been months already, they have no way to return my old phone, probably the reason why. Either way they honored my free iPhone and in the next bill it will be in my old sprint plan.
P.S. I have 3 lines.

I always suggest using messenger on one of Tmobile’s social media account but unfortunately a lot of posters don't use Facebook or Twitter so they can't contact them.

I didn't either so I created an account on X. I figured I have nothing lose lol, I'm relieved it worked out. I recommend it to everyone. It doesn't take a long time to create an account. It's worth doing if it fixes your problems with them.
