Detail Usage not updating

When will this feature be restored? The last reply to this was over a week ago. This is not acceptable some of us use this feature to make sure our kids are not in contact with unknown numbers. 

This could be resolved with a good coder, if thats the issue, or a server replacment if space is an issue. 

Please correct this ASAP, of issue a small credit as all promised services are not avaiable.
