Empty box delivered - no phone inside
Seems to be a recurring problem with web/online phone orders with T-Mobile and UPS… just received an empty iPhone 14 Pro Max box, the phone box was sealed but no phone inside - only the charger 🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️.
Just called T-mobile, they will investigate and come back to me - but it’s kinda frustrating though….
I thought online ordering was the best way to save myself 2+ hours in a T-mobile store, but I guess my next upgrade whenever it happens will be IN STORE.
For now, I await a resolution….

I just had this happen to me with an iPhone 15 Pro Max. The UPS driver came to my door with an empty box and I refused delivery. I called T-Mobile support the same day and they told me they would send me a new phone with 2-day delivery. After 2 days I did not receive a phone so I called back. They saw I called but no indication a phone was ordered. They told me they would order me a new phone but I would have to pay for it again until they figured out what was going on with the stolen phone. Not understanding why they are punishing the customer when they should go after UPS as the UPS tracking info clearly shows the shipment was refused. UPS marked it as damaged vs totally missing though. But my T-Mobile account tracking info clearly shows this info. I don't have the extra cash to get another phone while I wait for them to get this figured out. However as of now they already have my money, have increased my cell phone bill but I have no phone.
Same thing happened with me. Did u get ur phone back or not ?
