after having your info used to open an account and purchase phones one would think you would avoid posting personal info..cyber security...stop posting personal info.
you will need to contact TMO to get this handled..personally recommend contacting them through Facebook or Twitter..you start with tier 2 support..the site here is primarily peer to peer assistance..no one in here can assist with this..account number or not.
heads up t mobile is to dumb to . I called 5 times to have text forwarding they don't even know what it is. I only get people out of the usa . 🇺🇸 and fix your website it's been 7 years why have a website if you can't buy or change anything. t mobile also as the worst security. its so bad they can't even set up a website. because they get hacked. lol Verizon here I come.
