Fraudulent billing
In the store the manager whipped a screen protector and case out of the box and slapped it on before he even activated the phone. Online I see I have payment plan for 80$ for over priced accessories ...
Call Tmobile support to complain since this is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so hopefully they will credit you.
