Stop fraudulent account

Someone is trying to setup a fraudulent T-Mobile account using my SSN after identity theft. How do I get this flagged and stopped.  I am not a T-Mobile customer and this is the second wireless carrier trying to setup accounts without my approval.

Surprised there was an offer to help. Things must change, because now in 2024, I'm being told T-Mobile is taking a stance that the account was not fraudulent. Even though I filed a fraudulent account form, after having to go to the store to show them my identity and waiting hours, the phone were never "delivered", and the lines were never used, but now they sent me to collections and want their money.

  • Hello T-mobile my eSIM was suspended after some hours I got it activated, need to uplift the suspension on my ESIM account.

This is basically a user to user forum so you need to contact Tmobile support through a phone call or chat.

  • I did, already reach them out via email. I'm patiently waiting for their response.

Freeze your social security number at all three credit reporting bureaus until you actually need to apply for a mortgage, credit card, etc. It will put an end to all bogus, theft identity applications hopefully!
