Has T-Mobile Live Chat Support been discontinued?

You go to settings, network and internet and it will be there but that won't help your issue.

Have you tried turning on the location?

How do I turn my wi fi calling on? It says my city isn't correct? 

Scroll down to from this post and click on the support tab and wait a few seconds and if available a chat icon will appear.

its still there...just a bit hit and miss at times..more miss than hit usually.

there is also their social media route like Facebook or Twitter..lands you with tier 2 support instead of the call in tier 1 support at least.
