Help cancelling a apple watch and digits line!
Why is this so difficult? How do i cancel both a Digits line and apple watch line???
If you are trying to cancel from this community site, it will not work. This is a peer-to-peer community that shares know how to and experiences. There are no account services. You need to contact Tmobile support directly.
you can only cancel by calling.. i went into the store. they couldn’t. and make sure to cancel on the date the billing cycle ends otherwise you will be charged for cancelling early service fee. i was charged without being notified. i called and cancelled a day before the cycle end date and charged $15 service fee. i’m not happy with their customer service…
