Help with Inside and Loyalty discount

Hello. I need some help regarding discounts that I was supposed to get. I have a family of 10 lines and In the month of September, I upgraded from Magenta to Go5g Plus, While I was doing that with the customer representative over chat, I was promised I would get 2 things:

1. 20% Insider Discount for Voice lines for Go5g Plus 
2. $10 per line for all lines (11 lines) for 6 months as Loyalty bonus. $110 as credits for 6 Months. 

Its been 2 billing cycles, I have not received either of the credits or discounts. I have tried chatting with the customer care and all they say is it will be applied in the next billing cycle. Please help me with this.
