Help with the Netflix Promotion
I'm trying to activate the Netflix promotion in my account. When I click the link, I get:
¡Ups!
Tu plan tarifario no es elegible para este beneficio. Para obtener este beneficio, cambia tu plan tarifario.
Has anyone else had this issue or know how to proceed? I was told I qualify for this and I see it in my account online.

I found the answer! I went into the app, and did it through “manage add-ons”.

I have a standard plan.
