Home Internet battery

Red light on indicating dead battery

Easy enough to take out

But googling model # bp18-002390 or T-Mobile home internet battery replacement is getting me nothing

Anybody know where I can get a new one?

Gracias

Overpriced….and the current battery issue is being cause by the recent software update to the LTE home Internet gateway...

The new firmware update has disabled the battery function on the lte gateway.

The reason is a problem with the constant charging and discharging of battery.

Gateway does not need battery to operate. I have been testing mine with and without battery

and gateway seems to work fine. I have been researching and talking with tech support for a week now.

You just won't have battery backup until fix is found. We had centurylink dsl forever at a speed of 1.5mbs. I'll take 25-80 meg any day here in the mountain. I do have a Wilson amp with a YAGI antenna on the roof pointed right at tower. We are at 4g speed only. 5g not available here yet.

as per my mention above….I checked on 5G availability over the last few days and it put me into the available list….I ordered the 5G gateway and will remove/return the LTE gateway once the 5G arrives and proves to work well/better….
