How do I change business name?

I signed up in store. The person who helped me spelt Enterprise with an I instead of an E. I have called to get this fixed and they said they would but that has not happened. Is there another way I can fix it?

 

It’s pretty embarrassing for my business name to be spelt wrong on Caller ID!

    Not sure if business accounts have the same options as regular customers, but perhaps you could change your caller ID under profile in your account.

    This didn't work for me. I followed the instructions, it says that the information has been successfully changed, but when I click on it again to double-check, it's gone back to the incorrect one. I've gone to the local store, but the same thing happens. Anything that will actually fix this? My super old company name shouldn't be appearing when I'm calling clients…
