how do I send feedback to t-mobile without publishing it to the word

I want to sens feedback to t-mobile without publishing it to the world. 

I do not see any way to do that.  

I am not about making bad comments or threats. I have a personal account issue,

which should not be broadcast to the public.  I am tired of waiting an hour on the phone.
