My experience for the last 10 days I spentover 2 hours waiting: In your 800 number recorded message Tell the truth. You can no longer use this as a connection to T-mobile support. Tell them that the "community.t-mobile.com" is a way to communicate and the mobile phone apps also provide a method. Provide a better explanation of how to use the "chat" option, rather than being vague about the app. Tell you clients how to use it, or at least provide a video to explain all of the functions that are available in the app. You have a vested interest in being open and up front with your clients. And tell them about your website. you might also have info on the website that leads your clients to places that offer the best tools. Don't frustrate your clients. Inaccurate propaganda onlycreates anger and is bad karma. I am certain that there are lawyers who will be glad to force you (at their price) to do the right thing. It appears from my experience in the last 2 days that the ability for a private conversation between myself and an authorized employee of T-mobile no longer exists. I dial their support line, and after waiting a total of 2 hours across the 2 day period, all I receive is a telephone answering recording to either use the t-mobile app or to use this "community" forum. I logged into the T-mobile app. I tried to find a way to establish a private communication channel via the app. Under "contact" it only lists the support number. This takes me back to the recorded message which directs me to the t-mobile app or to this forum. I appears that the app does not provide a means of private communications. It appears that the application is only designed to transact purchase new services, terminate services, and make payments. It appears information concerning conformation of transactions is not available on the web-site. Clearly by the contents of this forum it is NOTa private communication channel. Is this a change in the company's concern for my security an privacy? My experience with internet communications is dim.I don't not trust the response that appears to comefrom an authorized company representative via interactive internet methods. In the past I have been hacked out of $400.00 via internet communications. My conclusion is that T-mobile is no longer providesa private and secure method of communications. If I am wrong, please provide evidence that proves my conclusion is false. I will not accept a communication channel for which I did not initiate the conversation toa company published method. I do not accept delayed responses via email nor messages. I am aware of the "man in the middle" capabilities of hackers. I have been hacked via the telephone as well as the internet. I understand the vulnerability of these electronic mechanisms and their lack of security protections. I also realize the ability of hackers to mask their identity. I currently have a large family and spend over $4,800+ per year on T-mobile. It use to be a great business. I have been wanting t-mobile home internet for years, since it was introduced. Still not available in my part of St. Charles Co. Mo. Even the home internet light is not available, because the towers available in my area. I am stuck with a hotspot that is worse than the dialup modems of the pass decades. I receive from 3.0 to 50 mbps on an inconsistent availability. On top of that it drops the DSN connection, many times a day. To fix this I have to power off and on the hotspot. I give up. And now they don't even give you access to a real person. Just music and garbage. I have spent over an hour yesterday and never was able to talk to anyone. This morning I tried to wait for over 30 minutes and still no person. I give up. If anyone has a suggestion of how I can get reliable internet service I am interested. T-mobile hotspot is unacceptable. It has been that way for years. Thanks but this new screen has just erased my problem description. And I am so irritated I am not going to waist my time I spend over $4,800 per year for my very large Catholic family. I want to sens feedback to t-mobile without publishing it to the world. I do not see any way to do that. I am not about making bad comments or threats. I have a personal account issue, which should not be broadcast to the public. I am tired of waiting an hour on the phone.35Visto0likes0Comentarios
