How do i solve a billing issue that Tmobile caused
So Tmobile has caused me now to shell out almost 200$ extra on a payment i made because their system screwed up and they wont solve it and are forcing me to pay it unless i get hit with extra fees
If i want to keep my phone service im basically having to shove myself into debt and its stupid how am i supposed to fix this with customer support that just ignores the original issue
contact TMO through either Facebook or Twitter. this will start you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents. hopefully they can look into it for you.

These guys are a show. I rue the day I signed up with them. I signed up for 4 lines ported from Verizon and received my free iphones. I also signed up for a plan online. The I printed out the confirmation with all the pricing for the plan and the phone.
Then the dreaded bill comes and the phone prices are correct but the PLAN prices are all wrong. I even have the order documents etc all printed out which is clearly evidence to what I signed. And yet, YET their Einstein of reps could not do anything or did not want to do anything.
So now I am left with fighting this in court since I was smart enough to send them a written notice within 14 days stating I would not agree to arbitration. Small claims court is where I am heading.
What a joke

Yes you come on here and tell people to contact tmobile through facebook or twitter. Then tmobile puts a solved tag on the complaint. But the complaint is not solved. Only you, maybe tmobile pays you, or maybe you are a tmobile employee, but this posters problems have not been solved.
im no detective..but i would think they would need to work with a TMO agent to get this taken care of...and seeing as how the FB/Twitter route is drastically higher in fix rates...and the fact that the site here is primarily peer to peer assistance..yeah..i would say whomever marked my post saying to contact TMO and how was pretty accurate..
do YOU have account access to help this poster? no? funny..because no one on the site here does either….soooooooo...would you like me to repeat the FB/Twitter deal or do you think youre getting it?
any assistance that would need access to their account can only be handled in a couple ways...which has been mentioned..and shockingly…. marked as the answer..
