How do we complain about a specific store?

The store where I bought the iPhone 14 Pro Max, gave me thee worst service, and did not want to help at all. The only reason this is an issue is because I purchased two phones through this specific store, and needed this store to exchange one of them. No one wanted to help, and insisted that they couldn't when I was still under the warranty and the phones I purchased weren't even a week old. How & where do I complain?

    You can contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to voice your displeasure.

  • for what its worth warranty swap outs are never done with in store stock. it would need to go through your insurance or through the OEM if you dont have any insurance on the phone. THEY have the stock that is set to the side for such things..stores do not.
