How do you get your "Welcome Reward"?
I signed up yesterday for the "Essentials Choice 55" offered through AAA. They promise a $50 "virtual Mastercard" for each line. I got a "free" phone, but I have to pay for it I need an i-Phone to replace the piece of junk I had to buy from another carrier. How do I get this "rebate'? I've gone to the website, but I don't see anything there about a promo. I'm supposed to enter a code somewhere? Do I have to wait for my first bill? Whom do I call?
Hey there! Great news! I was able to find a AAA promotion for a $50 rebate, so it is not a scam. You do need to submit for the rebate at promotions.t-mobile.com with promo code 240186 within 45 days of activating your new account. A rebate submission is required for each ported line. Rebate processing may take up to 30 days from submission. Once approved, you should receive a text message with your virtual card within seven business days.

So just to clarify, you have been able to go through the promotions website to get the rebate submitted, right?

Yes I just tried it, but when i get to the continue button ON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS page, it just locks up.I called the help line and got the same woman i talked to yesterday who was no help at all, I think this AAA promo was some sort of scam/./.Now I’m stuck paying $75/. month for 2 yrs with no rebate!

Yes….they said it was being processed and gave me a tracking number
