iphone 13 pro max - where's my phone?
i pre-ordered on the 17th. we’re now sitting in october 4th. trying to figure out why when i check my order status it says “estimated to ship 9/25/-9/28” but no notification that it’s shipped. is it just sitting there…? no one seems to have a clue

Hi I order an iPhone 13 but it says I would be ship fro 12/21/21-01/04/22 does anyone knows if it would ship before and if the order is in it won’t cancel if it takes to long?

I had the same shipping dates, but now mine are pushed back to January and I ordered them on November 7th.

It's the third time I am ordering the same iPhone 12 Pro Max, I received an email from T-Mobile saying it's shipped since December 7th 2021, I even got a tracking number but nothing show in the usps tracking service , I am wondering why a great company like t-mobile would do such a thing like that ? I been with them for 11 years now and I don't think it's a good way to show respect to their clients .
I called the customer service many times and every time I call they say ( we will call you in 2-3 days but no luck yet .
anyone can recommend me to do something about it please ?
