Is billing with the foreign card unavailable
I tried to pay for my account with my two credit cards (Visa) that I made in Korea.
However, the service keeps saying that the card number is invalid.
Even though I called for the service, they all said the same thing.
Could you tell me what is the problem?
Overseas foreign Visa's are not accepted from my understanding. I think the exception is Barclay's because we have them in the US. Most Canadian Visa's are also accepted because those banks also have US operations and branches.
