Is there anyway not to get the overseas call center?????

  1. I hate calling multiple times to try and get someone who barely speaks English.
  2. My issues never get resolved, tickets get opened every week with no resolution.
  3. Overseas reps are very condescending and rude. I hate repeating my self over and over.
  4. Call at this time or this time never works always overseas.
  5. Chat and Facebook are also overseas.
  6. No more jumping from agent to agent is a joke…..I get cold transferred over and over to the same people who cant speak English.
  • Is your account a prepaid or postpaid account?  Facebook and Twitter staff are US based.  All prepaid call centers are based overseas.  For postpaid, the overflow is overseas.  The best time for postpaid customers to call to get someone in the uS, is 7AM Eastern Time.

  • I don't know. I've had no problems with any of the reps, be they in the Philippines or Birmingham. The last time I got a Philippine-based rep I thought she was from California. Still, I hear all these complaints. I wonder if my account is flagged somehow?

and yet the FB/Twitter route still starts you off with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support.

seeing as how this route will help eliminate your language barrier issues.
