keep and Switch is SCAM

I had a frustrating experience with T-Mobile's "Keep and Switch" promotion. Keep and switch is SCAM. The sales representative at the store downloaded my Verizon statement and submitted it, but they only approved the cheapest device and denied the rest without a clear reason. I called customer service multiple times and even returned to the store, but nothing changed. When I escalated the issue to a supervisor, he told me he didn't have enough knowledge to assist me. Despite the phone number and remaining balance being clearly visible, my request was still denied. I would recommend staying away from T-Mobile.
