legacy prepaid Gold rewards only added 3 months! Supposed to be a year
I refilled my prepaid account, and the payment confirmation said I had 1 year to use my minutes, till december 2022.
But upon logging into my tmobile.com account, it says my credit expires march 2022.
Gold rewards refills are supposed to last 1 year.
Who can fix this?
I had the same thing happen to me and found this post when I Googled. If support ever gets back to me I'll be sure to post a more informative reply.
Apparently the chat function on the site is only for post-paid accounts, so the person told me to call in. With how long the hold time is, I waited until the next day. Checking my account before calling, I saw that it had updated to the correct 1-year duration by itself.
Reload → 3 month duration on Gold Reward level → ~24 hours later 12 month duration.
