Live Streaming with IPTV box (Z8) pictures freezes up

I have T-Mobil home Internet, I have connected 8-10 devices. All devices works fine except IPTV box. When I am streaming live news or shows picture freezes up regardless of which TV channel I am using; ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC, TV Land, or even International channels. Pictures not freezing, there is no problem if program is pre-recorded. No picture freezing issue on Netflix. It only happens when I am streaming live TV. T-Mobil tech told me that they use dynamic IP address that causes picture freezing. Static IP address would not freeze pictures. He also informed me that T-Mobile Internet does not provide static (fixed) IP address. I hate to go back to Comcast or Verizon to get their static IP address. If T-Mobile does not solve the problem I have no choice but switch to Internet provider who has static IP address.
